Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Workflow Corporation for using TrafficLite — accounts, workspaces, plans, billing, your data and termination.
Effective 11 September 2026
The short version: your traffic and billing data is yours, you are responsible for who you let into your workspace and for what you air and bill, plans renew until you cancel, and either of us can end the arrangement.
01The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Workflow Corporation for the use of TrafficLite: the web console, the API and any export or file the service produces. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use TrafficLite on behalf of a station, a station group or another organisation, you accept them for that organisation and confirm you have the authority to do so.
The Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Policy form part of these terms.
02Accounts and workspaces
An account belongs to one person. Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Work happens inside a workspace, which represents a station group. A workspace holds its stations, advertisers, contracts, logs, invoices and members. The workspace owner decides who is a member, which role each member has, and which stations each member can reach, and is responsible for those decisions.
- Owners and admins can see and change everything in the workspace, including billing records for your advertisers.
- Removing a member ends their access to the workspace immediately; it does not delete the records they created.
- Deleting a workspace permanently deletes everything in it. It cannot be undone.
03Your data
Everything you put into TrafficLite — advertiser and agency details, contracts and rates, programming formats, logs, as-run files, invoices and payments — remains yours. You grant us only the permission we need to store it, process it and show it back to the people you authorise, in order to run the service.
You are responsible for having the right to put that data into the service, including any personal information about your advertisers' contacts. We do not sell it and we do not use it to train models.
TrafficLite is a tool, not a system of record you can rely on alone. Placement, reconciliation and invoicing follow the rules and settings you configure. Review logs before they air and invoices before they are sent; you remain responsible for what goes to air and what you bill.
04Plans, billing and credit
Each workspace is on a plan. Plans differ in how many stations and users a workspace may have. The current plans and prices are shown on the pricing page and under Settings → Billing.
- Paid plans are billed in advance for a 30-day period and renew automatically until cancelled. Cards are stored by our payment processor, not by us.
- An upgrade is charged immediately, prorated for the days left in the current period. A downgrade or cancellation takes effect at the end of the period, and the unused part of a period is not refunded.
- If a renewal payment fails we retry it over several days. If every retry fails the workspace moves to the free plan; its data is kept, but features and limits above the free plan stop applying.
- Account credit, including credit from a promotional code, applies to future charges on the workspace it was granted to. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Prices exclude taxes unless stated. We may change plan prices with at least 30 days' notice; the change applies from your next renewal after the notice period.
05The API and integrations
API keys are issued per workspace, carry the scopes chosen when they were created, and act with the authority of that workspace. Treat a key like a password. Requests are rate limited, and we may revoke a key that is being used in breach of these terms or that puts the service at risk.
Automation exports, webhook deliveries and as-run imports connect TrafficLite to systems we do not operate. We are not responsible for those systems, for data once it has left the service, or for files you import that are incomplete or wrong.
06Availability and changes
We work to keep TrafficLite available and your data safe, and we back up the database. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and planned maintenance or events outside our control may cause downtime.
The service will change over time. When we remove a feature you rely on, or change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell workspace owners by email or in the console before the change takes effect.
07Suspension and termination
You can stop using TrafficLite at any time: cancel the plan, delete the workspace, or delete your account under Settings. Export anything you want to keep first.
We may suspend or close an account or workspace that breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that does not pay, or whose use threatens the service or other customers. Where we reasonably can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem and export your data.
08Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost revenue from spots that did not air or invoices that were not sent.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount the workspace paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
